Winning the right searches
Keyword and intent research built from what your buyers search before they buy, not from volume alone.
For Shopify stores that want organic traffic to pay for itself
We do SEO for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores. We start with which searches are worth winning and whether the pages they land on can sell, because traffic that ranks and never buys is the most expensive kind to build.

The monthly report shows more visitors and more keywords. Revenue from organic search looks the same as last year.
The blog posts that bring the most visitors answer questions your buyers never ask on their way to a purchase.
Collections and product pages, the ones that sell, sit behind thin descriptions, duplicate URLs and filters that search engines read as hundreds of near-copies.
Apps, redesigns and migrations have left broken links, redirect chains and pages nobody meant to publish.
The costly assumption
More traffic is the easiest thing to measure and the easiest thing to sell, so it is what most SEO is judged on. But a visitor who arrived on the wrong search is the same as an ad click that was never going to buy: you paid for it in content, time and links, and it left.
Organic search is the one channel where you choose the intent. You decide which searches to compete for. That decision matters more than any tactic, and it is usually made by whoever writes the keyword list, on volume alone.
So we start from the other end: the searches your buyers make close to a purchase, and the pages on your store that can answer them.
Earn traffic that converts, without building on technical debt
Traffic quality and buying intent is leak 1, the first of the nine places a store leaks revenue. Organic search is one way to fix it. The diagnosis checks the other eight too, because ranking a page that cannot sell only makes the leak bigger.
When organic is the lever
Keyword and intent research built from what your buyers search before they buy, not from volume alone.
Collection and product pages rewritten and structured so they answer the search and make the purchase easy.
Duplicate URLs, redirects, internal links and structured data cleaned up, so the pages you want found are the ones that are.
Articles written for searches close to a purchase, each linked to the pages that sell.
Rankings protected through theme changes, app installs and migrations, so the next project does not undo the last one.
In order
Where your organic traffic comes from, what it buys, and where the store loses it.
The searches worth winning, ranked by how close they are to a purchase and how winnable they are for your store.
Technical fixes first, then the pages and content that compete for those searches.
Organic revenue and orders, not only visits and positions, against a baseline set before the work.
SEO compounds slowly, and anyone who promises a ranking by a date is guessing. What we commit to is the method and the measurement.
The evidence
Every result below names the change we made, the sample it was measured across, and the window it was measured over. Where we do not have a published result yet, we say that instead of filling the gap.
These are results from the pages traffic lands on. Organic search is how more of the right buyers reach them.

Largest session sample in our test history. Conversion rate was the primary metric. Revenue per visitor rose 3%, which did not clear the decision threshold on its own.

Projected from a 5-day window. Short-window directional projection, not yet validated across a complete trading cycle.

Our longest test window. When the window matters more than the number, this is the one to read.
Projected monthly contribution is extrapolated from the test window. It is not revenue banked, and we will not present it as though it were.
Results are specific to the cited experiments. Not every test wins, and projected contribution depends on the measurement window and store economics.
